Enquiries and quotes
Information on this site is a description of services, not a binding offer. Any quote we give becomes binding only when set out in a written scope agreed by both parties.
Project work
Work we carry out is governed by the individual written agreement for that project, which covers scope, price, timeline, ownership, and payment terms. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the project agreement applies.
Ownership of finished work
On full payment, ownership of the work produced for you transfers to you, including design files, source code, and accounts created on your behalf.
Liability
We take care over our work, but we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
