A structured, mobile-first catalogue of diagnostic services for a pathology lab, built so referring clinicians and patients can find and understand a test in seconds.
The problem
Pathology labs carry large service catalogues, but most lab websites bury that catalogue in a static PDF or an unsearchable list. Patients arrived confused about what a test involved or how to prepare for it, and referring clinicians had no fast way to confirm the lab offered a specific test.
The solution
We rebuilt the service catalogue as a structured, filterable directory with consistent detail pages per test, optimised for mobile since most visits arrived from a phone after a doctor's appointment. The layout prioritises the two things a visitor needs first: what the test is, and what to do before showing up.
